Perwyn is pleased to announce that it is opening a permanent office in Paris, its first office outside the UK. Following two successful investments in France, the Paris office will act as a platform for further investments both in France and in neighbouring countries. Antoine Vanderhulst, Partner, will be joined full time in Paris by John Gallagher, Investment Director, and Julie Pelcener, Associate.

Perwyn’s first investment in France was Isla Delice in 2018 followed by Keobiz in 2020. Perwyn is actively looking for new Private Equity opportunities both in France but also across in Europe more broadly.

Andrew Wynn, Founder and Managing Partner, said “France has been one of our core markets for a number of years and we are delighted to invest further into this market by opening an office with a dedicated investment team. There are many attractive French companies that we seek to partner with and believe we can best serve them with a team on the ground.”

Heinz Holsten, Chief Investment Officer, said “We are having a great experience backing entrepreneurial companies such as Isla Delice and Keobiz. Perwyn’s differentiated approach to investing resonates well with French founders and entrepreneurs. With the team now on the ground we can develop closer relationships and build on our early success.”
