We are delighted to announce that we have appointed Dylan Labi as an Associate in our expanding Paris team.
Dylan joins Perwyn from Eight Advisory where he worked in Transaction Services, performing financial due diligence assignments and completing financial analyses. Selected deals on which Dylan was involved included the sale of Minlay to Adagia Partners, providing him with insight into the Healthcare sector, and the sale of Atlas For Men to Motion Equity Partners, providing him with insight into the retail industry.
Prior to that Dylan completed private equity internships with Téthys Invest and HLD in Paris.
Dylan holds an MSc in Business Management and an MSc in Finance, majoring in Investment Banking, from the Grenoble Ecole de Management. He also completed an exchange programme at Pace University in New York.
Dylan is fluent in French and English.
