Caroline joined Perwyn as Head of HR in 2023 and is responsible for the HR function in London and across Europe.
Before Perwyn, she was a Senior HR Business Partner at the equity research and trading firm, Redburn, and prior to that, held a senior HR position at Pantheon Ventures. She has HR experience across a number of industries including investment banking, market research, technology and architecture.
Outside work, Caroline enjoys running, mountain biking and going to the gym, as well as sharing a nice meal and wine with friends.
