Decibel, the global leader in digital experience analytics, has entered into a definitive agreement with Medallia Inc. (NYSE: MDLA), the global leader in customer and employee experience and engagement. The sale is expected to close in March 2021, subject to customary closing conditions, a little over a year since Perwyn invested as part of the Company’s Series B.
