The Perwyn-backed utilities firm Everflow has been named as the fastest-growing company in its region, according to the FT1000, the latest annual ranking of businesses by revenue growth from the Financial Times.

Everflow, which comprises innovative business water supplier, Everflow Water, and software developer Everflow Tech, has ranked 54th overall in the prestigious newspaper’s annual list of the fastest-growing companies in Europe.

The firm, which is based in Teesside and has an office in Nuneaton employing 21 people, achieved the ranking after its revenue rose from 3,188,715 euros in 2017 to 64,223,085 euros in 2020.  It is the second time Everflow has been included on the list, after it came third overall last year.

Everflow Chief Executive Josh Gill said: “It’s incredibly rewarding to have ranked for a second time, something only 30 per cent of firms on the list have done.

“The list really rewards innovation, which we’re passionate about at Everflow – this can be seen in the fact that once again, the top ten is made up solely of new entrants.”

Andrew Wynn, Perwyn Founder and Managing Partner, added: “It is an incredible achievement for Everflow to be ranked again. The ranking is also a great endorsement and something to celebrate for their whole team.  Their hard work is certainly paying off and we are delighted with the company’s performance.”

The FT1000 lists the 1,000 companies in Europe that have achieved the highest percentage growth in revenues between 2017 and 2020.
