We are delighted to welcome Taylor Desaunois as an Associate in our London office.
Taylor joins Perwyn from Rothschild & Co, where she worked on various mid- and large-cap M&A transactions, capital raises, and financial advisory assignments across a range of different industries in the Benelux countries.
Taylor’s experience dovetails with Perwyn’s European focus and she is another exceptional and congruous addition to our team. We look forward to her contributions as we build on our position as a leading European private equity investor.
Her professional career began with PwC in Amsterdam, where she gained valuable transaction experience, including in financial due diligence, commercial due diligence, corporate finance and restructuring. Taylor holds an MSc in Strategic Management (Honours) from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University’s School of Business and Economics.
She is fluent in English, Dutch and Italian, and also speaks French and Spanish.
