We are delighted to announce the appointment of Caroline Leahy as our new Head of HR as we continue to expand our London and Paris offices.
Caroline brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources and UK employment law to Perwyn, having held key roles in private equity, global financial and administration services, and global market research organisations.
Joining us from the global equity research and trading firm, Redburn, Caroline led initiatives as HR Business Partner in performance, training, recruitment, and HR regulations. She also managed all HR and employment elements to initiate trading from a Paris office subsidiary, making her the perfect addition for Perwyn.
Caroline was a Senior HR Business Partner at Patheon Ventures for the UK and Asia, later taking on the role of Acting Head of HR for the same regions. Caroline also held roles at Kantar, Citigroup, and other prestigious companies.
Caroline holds a BA degree in Modern Languages from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and speaks English and conversational French.
