Overview
Isla Délice manufacturers branded fresh and frozen halal meat products, enjoying unrivaled distribution across France’s modern trade as well as in specialised retailers. Perwyn acquired the business in July 2018 from the founding Hertzog family and supported the add-on of Belgian market leader Hoca in May 2019. The Group has 4 production facilities and recently acquired a site in France that will benefit from a €20million industrial investment plan to increase capacity and supported the company’s sustained growth.

- Support founder transition and professionalisation at both Isla Delice and Hoca
- Increase penetration in under-represented channels and regions within core markets
- Pursue selective M&A to expand into other attractive European markets
- Invest in manufacturing operations to drive efficiencies, capabilities and capacity
