Founded in 1925, Bachelet Group is a Belgium-based laboratory specialising in testing and inspection services to validate the quality and value of internationally traded non-ferrous (e.g. copper, zinc and silver) and precious metal concentrates through Party and Umpire Assays.
Bachelet serves a diversified global customer base across the mining value chain, including miners, traders and smelters.
In June 2026, Perwyn partnered with the CEO to support the Group’s growth, geographic expansion and launch of a buy-and-build strategy.
