We are delighted to announce that Agilitas IT Solutions, a leading global channel services provider, has appointed Sara Wilkes as its Chief Operating Officer.
Sara has over 15 years of experience in the technology channel, and was most recently the Director of Customer Experience at SCC, where she drove innovation across the entire service. As Agilitas’ operational leader, Sara’s background in enhancing customer experience will ensure that the voice of the customer remains solidly embedded in the company’s culture.
Sara has demonstrated her commitment to supporting teams across businesses through her founding and leadership of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at SCC. For her considerable work, she was Highly Commended in the Women of the Year category at the CRN Women & Diversity in the Channel Awards 2023.
Agilitas delivers excellent and evolving IT channel services which continually adapt to economic and environmental change, resulting in multiple finalist nominations for the company at the CRN Sustainability in Tech Awards to be held in 2024.
